I am looking to hire a top level painter who is turn key on all paint projects. I am looking for someone who can walk into a job and is capable to troubleshoot and execute the entire project from beginning to finish without any supervision. The person of hire must have strong background when it comes to:
1. All oil and water based applications
2. Capable to mask entire project and prep for each job to run as efficient as possible.
3. Need someone who can spray at a very high level.
3. Strong skill set when it comes to cabinet repaints. (We are growing our paint department and need someone who can do high level cabinet repaints)
4. Strong skill set and efficient pace when it comes to cutting in and rolling. (Need to be able to cut straight lines at an efficient pace and move forward without excessive tape and prep)
5. Clean work at professional standard at all times. (Caulk, Bondo, Wood fill, Sand).
The person of hire must have his own tools and vehicle to perform the position. We do have multiple jobs going at once and the person of hire must have personal vehicle to be able to effectively work when switching work locations. We do residential and commercial projects. We have a department for every subject that goes into remodeling and new construction. From cabinets, tile, drywall, flooring, trim, etc. We have every subject in house covered except the paint department. We are looking to hire someone who can come in and move the paint department forward on a consistent basis.
If you are someone who has the confidence in your work and can also be trusted to shoot straight with the company each day. We will set you up to make your work life as efficient as possible at all times. When it comes to materials and setting each job up. We will have everything dialed in for each job and staged before you start so you can run the job form beginning to end.
If you are someone who can do high level work and be a turn key guy for us, that's what we are looking for. We have 20 in house employees who are really talented at what they do. I need someone to get the paint department on that level.
