Immediate opening for an experienced maintenance tech to assist with daily operation of the apartment complex.
Must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry skills are required.
HVAC troubleshooting experience and EPA certification are extremely desirable.
