Responsibilities:
- Safely operate cranes on a variety of job sites
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating cranes (NCCCO certification preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Strong understanding of load charts and job site safety
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
