We’re looking for a reliable Assistant Superintendent to join our team.
If you enjoy being on your feet, keeping things organized, and leading a crew, this is the perfect spot for you. You’ll be working directly with the main Super to keep the job site running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Please note that this is a full-time position (40 hours a week) expected to last until August.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking deliveries and walking the site with engineers to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Opening up the site in the morning and locking up the gates at the end of the day.
Taking charge of the daily labor crew and keeping everyone on task.
Using basic carpentry skills for quick fixes and general site needs.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and strong reliability (showing up on time is a must).
Basic carpentry and tool-handling skills.
Great communication and leadership skills.
Big Pluses (but not deal breakers):
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge help on our site.
Experience running equipment like a forklift or skid steer.
