I'm 58, skilled tradesman. Looking for a place to live. I am a small business owner. I have alot of tools and my own furniture. I can fix darn near anything that needs fixed or upgraded. 10yrs clean, straight, positive and outgoing. I am a hermit when off work. I can pay some a barter some monthly. Hobbies are chess and fixing things. Showers, kitchens . NP. I've done many. I'm widowed. With no children.
