Inflated rental prices, pet stained carpets, dirty dishes in the sink...it's ridiculous what people are asking for inferior rentals.
I'm a well-mannered, well-dressed and respectful former military/DoD officer who has returned to U.S. to find Sarasota isn't so affordable anymore.
I am looking for a nice furnished rental or rental to share with a like-minded conservative male or female. I'm meticulously clean, don't have pets or overnight guests and don't get in anyone else's business. I can also provide a certain level of security and protection.
I'm an early riser (4;30-5 A.M....gotta get the coffee brewing), like to cook a bit and work a lot of hours.
Good credit, references from previous landlord of 14 years and respected in the business community since I was an arbitrator with the court for a number of years.
I'm a good human looking for a realistically affordable, long-term living arrangement.
Open to discussions, but please.....NO MORE NORTH PORT AND NO MORE MOBILE HOMES!!!
