Metro Protection Security Service LLC is seeking professional Armed Security Officers for various assignments. Seeking clean cut fit professionals with experience. Have three part time positions and one full time. Part time assignments are typically 4 hour shifts. Can work 4-20 hrs a week. Full time position is M-F 2PM-10PM. This will be an entrance gate/Roving Patrol assignment and ongoing.

Position Details: •
Armed Residential Patrol Officer • Small upscale gated community • Four-hour shifts • Day and night shifts available • Seven days per week coverage • Flexible scheduling based on availability • Additional assignments and growth opportunities may become available as our residential patrol division expands. Armed security for churches and synagogues.
Requirements: •
Valid Florida Class D Security License • Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License • Minimum of two (2) years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred • Professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Clean driving record • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. We provide uniform polo. You must have black tactical pants, plain black walking shoes or boots, duty belt, handcuffs, safety holster (No Kydex holsters) , firearm (9mm or 40 cal), pepper gel and or ASP only for those certified. ballistic vest
Job Responsibilities: •
Conduct visible vehicle and occasional foot patrols • Observe and report suspicious activity • Interact professionally with residents • Respond to resident concerns while on duty • Monitor common areas and community entrances • Complete activity and incident reports as needed • Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity
Community Patrol:
Officers will initially utilize their own vehicles while on patrol until patrol vehicle is ready. You will be placed on our commercial insurance policy. This assignment involves minimal driving within a small residential community, resulting in very limited mileage and wear and tear. As Metro Protection continues to expand its residential patrol program, the company anticipates opportunities for dedicated patrol vehicle assignments in the future.
Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Vehicle/gas allowance provided • Part-time position with potential for additional hours. Pay range (depending on assignment) $22-$32.50.
