2019 Forest River Palamino Puma 38DRB. If you are looking for a great RV to live in or build a side Airbnb business this is a great opportunity. It is hard to find RV's that have two full private bedrooms. This unit has a queen bedroom in the back with a desk and half bath. King size bed for the other bedroom. We have used the unit as an Airbnb and part time home since 2021. We have consistently generated about $18,000 gross annually. Recently replaced toilets, shower pan, and some of the gaskets. Changed out the furniture for some comfortable chairs. A few small items need to be fixed but it is a great unit. (example- ceiling fan)
