For one person only who is employed outside the home full time. Furnishings include bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser and a TV.
Full use of the house: kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, laundry room, etc.
Security deposit of $450.
Must pass criminal and background check and have references.
If after seeing the room/ house we decide you are a good fit then
$25 app fee, (I'll pay the other half) to run the background checks).
No drugs, no drama, no pets, prefer no drinking. Smoking and vaping outside ok (but not inside!). Looking for CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE person who is employed and has their own vehicle.
