Rates for each room are:
$250/week or $900/month
2 month minimum required.
$200 hold/security/cleaning deposit.
Room is located on the 2nd floor, shares a bathroom with 1 other roomie
Shares a shower with 2 roomies.
Room consists of a queen platform bed with mattress and dressers.
Utilities are included in rate.
Wifi is offered free as a courtesy.
4 adult males in this house when all the rooms are filled. Everyone here has a 35+ hour job and/or schooling with a set schedule away from the home.
We expect the same from you!
*MUST HAVE A JOB IN PLACE!
Driveway space available for one vehicle per room. Occasional Guest can park on grass only.
Quiet time is 10pm for consideration of each persons' schedules in the house. That means no laundry use after ten. No blasting music or TV. But you can come and go (I'm not your mommy)
House is QUIET and CLEAN.
ALSO:
NO DRUGS,NO DRUNKS,
NO SMOKERS!!! (not inside or outside!!) U cannot be a smoker at all (We breathe outside too!!)
NO ANIMALS and-NO one UNDER 21yrs old allowed on premises!!
NO COUPLES!
Must be able to clean up after yourself!!
Also we prefer no guests but if they are there know that---Your guests are YOUR responsibility. If they break the rules-its like YOU broke the rules.
Also, We do background checks no matter what or how much money you are worth. This is a shared space house. I need responsible, considerate humans only.
