Everything is included, including fast internet, a 4K Roku TV in the bedroom, water and light services, and the right to use the kitchen, stove, dishwasher, grill, and small patio. Common and electrodomestic places should be kept clean and tidy.
Only you and three adults will share the house. No hay niños, no mascots, no drugs, no excessive drinks, and no smokers.
The room is for one individual only.
Divide the baño with a person.
The house is large, yet there isn't enough room to store large items or furniture.
Parking is available in the street in front of the house. A safe and peaceful environment.
There are two rooms available; if you need two rooms, we can work out a price.
A month's deposit and the first month to mudarse are required.
$1200 per mes
Negotiable; a minimum of 12 months.
A month of anticipation is required from both parties to complete the agreement.
