Hello! My name is Sara & I am looking for someone who would like to rent two 11 x 10 rooms directly across from each other for $950 + half electric bill. There is a photo of the house layout, the yellow area would be your private space
Both rooms have closets & are right next to a bathroom that only you would use, my guest would use mine. The house has a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 parking garage you can use for storage if you like & side by side parking in driveway.
Nice yard in front & back with a patio in back.
I do have a pooch, he’s a sweetie, unfortunately no other pets allowed. The house is located in a mellow neighborhood.
I’m looking for a nice individual that I can count on to clean after themselves & of course pay rent on time.
I will respect your space & I ask you do the same.
I’m friendly & would like for you to enjoy & feel comfortable in the house.
No smoking inside
Must pass a background check
Looking for someone to sign lease until 7/15/26
