ME: I'm a straight, formally educated, young-56, bit of a loner w/ a good head on my shoulders, kind-of-gal. I have one very well-behaved, fat (lump-on-a-log) feline, full-time job, work-a-holic, who goes on the occasional cooking bender, animal-lover, keeps the A/C on cold (70-ish) esp. at night, (much warmer when nobody's there to save money, of course.)
YOU: I prefer my roommate to not work from home but I would consider the right person; preferably no pets just because most private landlords (and this is a private condo) don't want pets at all and we're already pushing it with my one kitty but, if so, maybe one cat for the right roommate. Must be animal lover! Also, the less strangers in the house, the better so none to very few visitors preferred. Obviously, a friend over once in a while is okay, esp. if it's family. Please - no Social Butterflies need apply, lol!

The kitchen has a touchless faucet, new stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, ice-maker inside the freezer as well as separate, free-standing ice-maker, and Keurig Coffee maker. I guarantee you ... you can't do better than this (unless you want to share a big house with a bunch of folks!) It's now available for rent to my future roomie Immediately. As far as the upstairs full bath, I'm hardly in there other than just to shower. Come take a look!
AMENITIES: Gated community, beautiful swimming pool, small gym with newer equipment ... this is a small, 60-unit private townhouse community.

I'm open minded and easy going but, definitely NO DRUGS, NO VAPERS, NO SMOKERS (trying to quit does not count + it's stipulated in the lease - smoking will get us both kicked out,) NO DRUNKS (a couple of beers or glasses of wine after work is fine!) ABSOLUTELY NO alcoholics, drug users or on DEA Meds/Weed for emotional issues. No violent criminal charges or charges for theft - HOA Background check (out of my hands!) Like I said, I'm super easy going, but respecting one another's space is essential. The photo of the townhouse is real and I live in it now.
The unit total cost is $1800 so $900 each/mo. - I'll even put you on the lease within a month of moving in (1,200 sq. ft.) with full-size W/D in unit, screened lanai, fenced-in small yard with BBQ, tile and wood flooring throughout (no carpet!) You'll split electric, Internet/WiFi, sewage/water/trash - usually $125 each total. Beautiful pool, small fitness center, gated community, and it's a 2/1.5 2-story townhouse, but I can't do it alone. Also, I have a house full of beautiful furniture and art. I just furnished the 2nd (your) bedroom which now has all the essentials - a comfy rocking lounge chair, shelving, Large Smart TV, a double bed and get ready to move in! (I've included some pics of house (the pic of the 2nd bedroom was before I furnished it) - the house is decorated, furniture-wise - there is REAL art on the walls, etc. - I know the pics are small and it's hard to see but, at least it gives you a rough idea - I even included one of Socrates, the kitty!)

COST: $900 monthly rent + $125 utilities/mo. (I pay more utilities because I need the Master since I have a king bed and I've moved the 2nd bedroom which used to be my office into my Master this time!) The 2nd bedroom (now Your Bedroom) is 12' x 11' (132 sq. ft.) so it's a good size and even has the bigger closet! I will need one month deposit ($900) + 1st month ($900) rent before moving in.
I will ask for your bill money on the in the middle of the "month," based on when you move in so as to spread it out for you. There will be a $150 one-time condo HOA application process that has nothing to do with me where they will do a criminal background and credit check with proof of income. Again, this has nothing to do with me. This is Condo Association business, and they will also want your vehicle information to make sure it belongs in our parking lot.
