Do you love rare finds, shiny coins, and the thrill of discovering hidden gems? We're a small, Sarasota-based collectibles and coin company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Assistant to help with product work — including buying, organizing, and listing items for sale.
🔍 Responsibilities:
• Assist with sourcing and purchasing collectibles and coins (online and local)
• Research, photograph, describe, and list products on e-commerce platforms
• Maintain organized inventory and update listings as needed
• Support day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy and presentation
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Has an interest in coins, collectibles, antiques, or vintage items
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and online marketplaces (eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Part-time availability with flexible hours
📍 Location: Sarasota, FL (near Sarasota Int’l Airport)
💡 Bonus Skills:
• Experience with online selling and product photography
• Knowledge of coin grading or collectible categories
💰Pay: Starting at $18/hour based on experience
