What I LOVE about this Home.....Close proximity to most Beautiful Beach in Florida, also walking distance to many amenities, and also not far from Quaint Downtown Sarasota! Pool heated in winter and cooled in summer! Gulf Gate Area, in south Sarasota, convenient to lots of activities, Bus routes and I 75!
I love this home because of the location and very spacious interior! You Can even ride your bike to beautiful Siesta Key! Located in the Gulf Gate area and you can even walk to Public's and many awesome Restaurants, Bars and Speciality Stores! This area is so convenient to everything, even Public Buses are in walking distance. Everything is right here in this unique Fun, Beachy Community. ALSO, there is NO Lot Rent! Share holders OWN the land, just very reasonable monthly HOA which includes water, Lawn Maintenance, trash and yard waste pickup! Very well maintained Park, with Club House and Swimming Pool with not only a heater for winter but a "chiller" for summer hot days, it so refreshing! Hot Tub with jets too! Everything is right here, in the Park or outside the Park in the trendy Gulf Gate area!! Sarasota's Hidden Gem and one of the few places left here that is affordable for most.
