Essential Functions
Provide secretarial support (filing, typing, word processing, clerical, telephone and related duties) for the General Manager and other club management staff.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Provides secretarial assistance for Clubhouse Director
2. Processes all inquiries and correspondence for reservations
3. \Organizes and maintains historical and working files
4. Maintains events calendar and reservations
5. Performs other clerical duties (copying, assembling, distributing, etc.
6. Works on special projects as assigned
7. Maintain accurate reports for all members and guests
8. Greets members and guests for lunch and dinner or special events.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
Must be positive and energetic when conversing with members or guests.
