Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team in Englewood. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and demonstrate excellent phone and communication skills. In this role, you will provide essential support to the broker and office manager by assisting with their daily tasks. These responsibilities include answering phone calls, performing data entry, and handling a variety of office duties and projects.
Qualifications and Skills
• Advanced computer skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software is essential.
• Previous experience working in an office environment is helpful but not necessary.
• Candidates should be focused, quick learners, and able to retain information from training notes.
Work Environment and Schedule
We offer a clean and pleasant working environment. The position begins with a 60-day probation period. During the first 30 days, you will work 20 hours per week, increasing to 30 hours per week upon completion of training.
Preferred Background
While a background in real estate or property management is preferred, it is not required.
