What you’ll do:
The Front Office Clerk/Admin Assist helps to maintain property operations and to attract and serve marina clients.
Your job will include:
Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phones. Handle inquiries by email and telephone to back up property staff.
Review Speedy Dock throughout the day. Look for any potential conflicts/scheduling issues. Alert dock team to new launches.
Charge gas/store purchases to client credit cards.
Client Boat Insurance- keep up to date- contact client when coming due.
Communications with customers as needed.
End of Day- reconcile gas/store purchases and perform closing procedures.
Attend and participate in training programs/seminars as required. Complete Learning courses in a timely manner.
Keep office/store/restrooms presentable.
Assist Office Manager and GM.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
1+ year of office experience.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
