Retired part-time musician and educator selling off my various instruments, some of which I've owned for decades and now never play.
This is my near mint condition all solid ebony Yamaha YCL-34 clarinet made around 1990. It's about the same as Yamaha's later model 450. Yamaha stopped production of it to market its plastic models such as the 250 to schools and parents. The tone of an ebony or rosewood clarinet is far superior.
No cracks nor splits and all cork is greased and supple. Its silver keywork is polished and the horn needs no work that I foresee.
Comes in a clean and solid case with school markings, with a good Yamaha mouthpiece, Rovner ligature, cap, and reeds.
