We are a boutique real estate law firm located in Sarasota, Florida, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our dynamic office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full closing process for financed transactions from contract to close
2. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors to ensure smooth transactions
3. Review contracts, prepare settlement statements, and handle all closing documentation
4. Provide exceptional service and communication throughout the closing process

Required Qualifications:
1. 3–5 years of substantial real estate closing experience (residential and/or commercial)
2. Licensed Florida Notary
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented
5. Strong computer skills and ability to work with closing software and Microsoft Office
6. Professional, dependable, and responsive work ethic
7. Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
