HIRING: Property Preservation Vendors – Central Southwest Florida
We are seeking dependable property preservation vendors and crews to handle foreclosure and REO work in Sarasota, DeSoto, Manatee, and Hardee counties.
Vendors who are centrally located in this region are ideal.
Work Includes:
Grass cuts – $40 per yard
Lock changes – $35 per lock
Lockbox installs – $20 each
Debris removal – $18–22 per CY (dump receipts required)
Roof tarps (emergency and temporary)
Window boarding and repair
Pressure washing and tree trimming
Interior cleaning and broom sweeps
Minor handyman/repair tasks
Requirements:
Reliable truck/trailer and tools
Smartphone for photos (PPW app or similar)
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preservation experience preferred but not required
