Compensation Overview:

๐Skilled Movers: $18/hr to $23/hr, plus daily cash tips.
๐Crew Leaders / Local Drivers: Start $20/hr to $25+/hr, also with daily cash tips.
๐ฆ Unique Individuals (Unicorns): Earn $26/hr to $32+/hr
๐Long Distance Drivers: Enjoy a competitive flat rate pay plus per diem.
