Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. This position involves cleaning newly constructed hotels, apartment communities, and other commercial properties to prepare them for occupancy.
Compensation is performance-based, meaning each assigned project or scope of work has a predetermined pay amount. Employees who consistently produce high-quality work efficiently have the opportunity to increase their earnings while maintaining our quality standards.
Responsibilities
-Remove construction debris, dust, and trash from completed units and common areas.
-Clean interior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
-Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances.
-Sweep, vacuum, mop, and detail-clean floors and surfaces.
-Dust and wipe baseboards, window sills, vents, light fixtures, doors, and trim.
-Remove stickers, labels, protective coverings, and construction residue from finished surfaces.
-Clean mechanical room areas, including around pipes, HVAC units, and water heaters.
-Identify and report damages, deficiencies, or safety concerns to management.
-Follow all company safety policies, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
-Complete assigned projects within required timelines while meeting company quality expectations.
Qualifications
-Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or post-construction cleaning experience preferred.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
-Reliable transportation to project locations.
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks.
-Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
