Established pool service company in the Palmer Ranch area of Sarasota looking for help, 25 to 35 hours a week. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED and preferred.
Candidates must have the following skills:
Clean background.
Drug free.
Hard worker with strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work outside in hot, cold and wet climates.
Able to bend, kneel and lift up to 50lbs independently and repetitively during the work day.
Follow instructions, learn about pools and how to properly balance chemicals.
Base wage of $17 per hour is starting wage for new employee with no experience. Ideal candidate will be transitioned into a salaried position overtime with proven job knowledge and additional responsibilities.
