We are seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Daytime Janitorial Cleaner / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility. The ideal candidate will have janitorial experience along with basic maintenance skills and will represent the company with professionalism while on the job.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
Assist with facility upkeep and preventative maintenance
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner
Basic Maintenance Skills Required
Candidates should be comfortable performing basic maintenance and repair tasks, including:
Minor repairs and general building upkeep
Basic carpentry work
Basic drywall repair and patching
Basic plumbing fixes (such as replacing faucets or unclogging drains)
Light electrical tasks (such as replacing bulbs or fixtures)
Using basic hand tools and maintenance equipment
Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues
Qualifications
Must be able to Read/Write and speak english
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Basic maintenance experience required
Basic carpentry and drywall repair skills required
Professional, respectful, and presentable appearance
Ability to speak and understand English
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail
