We are a well-established commercial cleaning company seeking reliable subcontractors for ongoing office cleaning accounts in the Tampa Bay area.
Requirements:
* Must have your own cleaning equipment and chemicals
* Prior experience in janitorial / office cleaning
* Must be reliable and detail-oriented
* Must have transportation
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
Scope of Work Includes:
* General office cleaning
* Restroom cleaning & sanitizing
* Trash removal
* Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
