Full Spectrum Renovations is seeking experienced handyman contractors for property turns and maintenance work. We have consistent work available for reliable vendors who can handle 1–2 houses per day.
We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and can handle a steady flow of maintenance and repair tasks.
Typical Work Includes: • General repairs • Property turns • Maintenance requests • Minor renovations • Punch list items
Contractor Requirements: • Must have your own tools • Must have a reliable truck or work vehicle • Ability to manage 1–2 properties per day • Must be dependable and responsive • Must provide a W-9 • Must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
