We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of shopping centers in the Sarasota and Venice areas. This is a full-time, outdoor position working at properties we manage.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
Work outdoors at shopping center locations
Safely climb ladders and complete assigned tasks at height
Communicate effectively via email and phone
Requirements:
Must speak English
Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks
Basic email communication skills (send/receive)
Reliable truck or vehicle required
Must pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits:
$18.00/hour plus overtime plus health insurance benefits
$500 sign-on bonus: $250 paid on first payroll & $250 paid after 90 days of employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
