Objective:
The Painter's primary responsibility is to evaluate, prepare, and perform interior and exterior painting and sheetrock repairs.
Essential Functions:
- Painting of vacant and occupied apartments
- Drywall repair (drywall finishes – knockdown, orange peel, popcorn, etc.) of apartments
- Paint common areas on property (hallways, doors, railing, etc.)
- Drywall repair (drywall finishes – knockdown, orange peel, popcorn, etc.) of common areas
- Exterior painting updates on property
- Turn in daily recap sheets with the signature of work completed to assist Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor with any assignments regarding light maintenance duties or housekeeping duties when needed
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances and/or developments pertaining to the property or residents to the applicable supervisor as soon as such circumstances and/or developments are known
- Operate a variety of power driven equipment and machinery such as Paint Sprayer, Hopper, Power Washer, Sheet Rock Saw, etc.
Required experience:
Maintenance: 1 year
Required education: High school
Required license or certification: Driver's License
