We’re a fast-moving residential remodeling company looking for experienced home remodelers who take pride in their work, follow direction, and know how to solve problems.
This role is not for entry-level laborers. It’s for people who already know how to work on houses/businesses and can be trusted to execute.
What You’ll Be Doing
-You’ll be hands-on in active remodel projects, including:
-Installing LVP flooring
-Light carpentry (trim, framing repairs, installs)
-Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, vanities)
-Punch-list work and finish details
-Jobsite prep, protection, and clean-up
-Working from plans, direction, and daily priorities
- use project management software

What You Must Already Know
-How to install LVP flooring correctly
-How to install faucets, toilets, and basic fixtures
-Basic carpentry and remodel workflows
-How to work in occupied and high-end homes
-How to keep a jobsite clean and professional
-Maintain company vehicle
Pay & Structure
-$25–$30 per hour, based on experience
