Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Location: Bradenton, Florida
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends or holidays)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team full-time. This position involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and/or condominium properties located in Bradenton, Florida. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently to complete a wide variety of maintenance duties.
Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with management and residents.
Qualifications:
Must have electrical and plumbing experence
Prior experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite (travel between sites is not required).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay $20.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
