Must be able to travel. Away projects are usually within driving distance (6-7 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
*On-Site Management: Coordinate and schedule field crews, laborers, and subcontractors.
*Project Oversight: Monitor progress against milestones and ensure high-quality workmanship.
*Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety protocols, conduct "toolbox talks," and maintain a hazard-free site.
*Communication: Review blueprints, interpret technical documents for the team, and report daily status updates to the Project Manager.
*Resource Logistics: Track inventory, insure job site is clean and orderly on a daily basis
Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:
*Ability to read construction blueprints.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Highly organized with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple projects.
*Great time management and problem-solving skills
* Construction software experience a plus
* Bilingual is a plus
