My name is Jay. I’m 64, active, dependable, and semi-retired after a 40+ year career in insurance,
safety, property protection, and risk management. I’ve spent my life working with business owners,
homeowners, families, and property managers. I am discreet, handy, calm under pressure, and
focused on keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Miami, Palm Beach, Vero Beach, or surrounding areas. Seeking a
