Must be pet friendly. Two assistance dogs, shar pei mix and shiba mix, both 45lbs or below. Small parakeets kept between two medium cages. Must have some kind of washer/dryer or hookup for them, no laundromat or full shared complex; not required but would really appreciate a private section of yard.
