Looking for housing ASAP (January 1st, latest) (Sarasota)

I'm looking for a place for myself, and possibly my fiance, while getting setup in the area. Steady pay, reliable, keep to myself/ourselves/drama free. Looking at least for a place I can have 'guests' overnight, kitchen access, any amenities a plus. Location needs to be in sarasota county, preferably where I currently am, in the Ringling neighborhood, or further south to Venice. Would like to stay mouth from north port and south from Bradenton.
Your consideration is appreciated. Apartment complexes OK, condo or hoa fee OK, price and location are key as my schedule has demanding hours, needing to be near 75 & the beaches. Thanks again!
