Qualifications:
We are looking for mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism and are personable. Having a reliable car and valid driver's license is required.
Requirements:
• Current Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate
• Current CPR Certification via classroom, not online
• Alzheimer's CEU
• HIV/AIDS CEU
• Assist with Self Administration of Medication CEU
• Physician Statement stating you appear to be free from communicable diseases including T.B.
• Level II Background screening through AHCA
• Photo ID/Social Security Card
• Car Insurance
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
