BLACKBERRIES; PLEASE NOTE: These are not the skinny, scrawny, scraggly, pathetic looking, half-dead specimens offered in the garden dept. of home improvement big box stores - or even regular nurseries - in 1-gallon pots. These are big, strong, vigorous, extremely healthy, rapidly-growing plants in 3-gallon containers, with well-developed root systems.
ORGANICALLY GROWN, in 3-gallon pots, $15. This "BRAZOS" variety is ideally suited to the sandy soils and warm weather of the Gulfcoast, and was developed at Texas A&M University in 1959. It is NOT GMO.
Produces large, dark, sweet berries just like you would grow in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or other states north of Florida.
All are in perfect soil mixture of bagged topsoil, planting soil, peat, perlite, and cypress mulch.
