We purchased this couch in March of this year brand new from American Signature. It is the Brookdale Collection and It was a custom design. I love this couch, but unfortunately we are moving and need to downsize.
It’s quite large and won’t work for every home - it measures about 168” (14ft) on the longest side, and 132” (10 feet) on the shorter side. It’s 44” tall and the seats are nice and deep. It’s oversized and very comfortable.
Total of 4 reclining seats - the chaise lays back, the two next to the chaise kick out a leg rest and recline as well as the other end piece.
The consoles have 2 hidden cup holders, a USB and 2 outlets. There is also a USB on the side buttons.
Paid $5,200 total and used for about 6 months. No children or dogs.
We are able to deliver. Asking $3,750 OBO.
