We are looking for a part-time team member to help with our sushi program in downtown Sarasota. Sushi experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning.
Our sushi program focuses on quality fish, including fresh and dry-aged seafood, with an emphasis on proper handling, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
