Allswell Sarasota is looking for dependable, motivated Support Staff to join our front-of-house team. We’re a busy, high-end gastropub with a focus on warm hospitality, great energy, and a high standard of service.
We’re looking for Bussers, Barbacks, and Support Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in teamwork, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Ideal Candidates:
Have experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting (preferred, not required)
Stay calm and focused under pressure
Move quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Work well as part of a team and communicate clearly
Take initiative and maintain a positive attitude
Responsibilities May Include:
Bussing and resetting tables
Running food and assisting servers
Restocking and supporting bartenders
Keeping service areas clean and organized
Helping wherever needed to keep service flowing
