### About Vino Bistro
Vino Bistro is a wine bar and restaurant located in Sarasota's Rosemary District. We are expanding our offerings with a weekend breakfast and brunch service and are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender/Server to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.
### Work Schedule
**Saturday & Sunday**
* 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional hours may be available for special events or evening shifts.
### Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bartender/Server who enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable dining experiences. This role is ideal for someone seeking weekend morning hours with excellent tip potential.
### Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional manner
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Serve breakfast and brunch menu items efficiently
* Prepare and serve coffee, mimosas, wine, beer, and other beverages as permitted
* Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
* Maintain clean and organized dining, bar, and service areas
* Process payments accurately using the POS system
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Support team operations during busy service periods
### What We're Looking For
* Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Positive attitude and professional appearance
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
### Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Wine, beer, or cocktail knowledge
* Experience in a brunch, café, or restaurant environment
* Toast POS experience
