Position Overview:
We are looking for a personable and reliable Bartender/Server who enjoys engaging with guests and has an interest in wine and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone seeking evening shifts or supplemental income in a dynamic environment.
Provide a warm, attentive, and professional guest experience
Guide guests through the menu and recommend wine pairings
Take and enter orders accurately (Toast POS experience is a plus)
Serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to detail
Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar for smooth service
Handle payments and close checks accurately
Follow and implement all house rules and restaurant policies
Support team operations during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For:
Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
Interest in wine (knowledge of varietals and pairings is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to follow established systems, standards, and policies
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Wine certification (WSET, CMS, etc.)
Experience in a wine bar or upscale casual setting
