This is not a hands-off management position.
What This Role Is Designed To Do
-Anchor the makeline during peak periods
-Maintain ticket times and food quality
-Model urgency, speed, and accuracy
-Support lean opens and closes
-Help protect labor efficiency
-Ensure the store is clean, reset, and ready for the next shift
Core Responsibilities -
-Lead makeline during rush periods
-Follow recipe standards and portion control
-Support oven, cut table, and prep as needed
-Minimize remakes and waste
-Maintain organization and cleanliness in production areas
-Open and close the building as assigned
-Count and reconcile cash drawers
-Complete end-of-day reporting
-Help adjust staffing when business slows
-Ensure alcohol ID compliance
-Address routine guest concerns professionally when upper management is not present
-Communicate operational issues to senior leadership
This is a tactical, on-the-floor leadership role, not a strategic or administrative leadership position. Major operational decisions remain with the Operations Leader and department Leads.
Pizza / Kitchen experience is required.
MUST be able to work closing shifts (1 to 2 am out the door on some nights)
MUST be available Monday, Sunday, and other weekend shifts as needed.
$16-$18 per hour
$1/hr closing premium
