Well, I'm just hitting 82 and decided to give up my personal slice of American history. Never seen snow - hardly ever seen rain and about as original as you can find short of those "matching numbers" types. Gauges work (the gas gauge sometimes cuts out). the speedometer works but not the odometer. The headlights used to work but now have decided to not. Starts and runs everytime (the idle is a little rough). Drives straight and true. I've had this flathead V8 up to 55mph!! The mechanical brakes work great (Henry didn't believe hydraulic brakes were safe!). The wood in the bed definitely need replacing. The bench seat needs to be recovered (a noticeable hole in the drivers side). All the metal is strong and sound. There are some surface scratches and some areas where the paint is worn thin. The Coker radial tires show almost no wear. With a little work I think this could be a show vehicle. Please text me or call for showing or more information. Dan Smith
