Depression Bipolar Support Group meets first Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. Next meeting date is August 28, 2025. Not religion based, free, snacks & water provided. For individuals diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety or other mood disorders. Peer to Peer style with a circle of chairs, volunteer facilitator gives structure to the meeting.
