Seeking a Community Association Manager to service a portfolio of properties. Candidate must posses a valid Florida CAM license and have experience in the field of Condominium and Homeowner Association management.

• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications is a must
• Current drivers license and your own reliable transport
• Solid communication skills / Organized
• Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Professional presentation
• Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations
• Provides administrative, operational and managerial advice to Board of Directors
• Direct the enforcement of community rules and restrictions
• Promote community harmony
• Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community
• Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to community association
• Help Develop community association budget and provide delivery/presentation of financial reports
