Manage and coach Area Supervisors
Help hire, train, and support staff
Field Operations
Visit job sites and ensure quality
Step in on problem jobs or tight deadlines
Handle urgent issues (missed cleans, builder requests)
Scheduling & Systems
Manage ClockShark (time tracking & scheduling)
Keep schedules, jobs, and reports accurate
Track hours, workload, and performance
Customer Support
Help resolve client issues
Support relationships with builders and customers
Processes & Safety
Maintain SOPs and training
Ensure safe use of equipment and chemicals

-Experience in janitorial / cleaning / construction cleaning
-Supervisory experience
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Organized, tech-comfortable (apps/spreadsheets)
-Valid driverβs license + reliable transportation
