Hull is in good shape, Floor and stringers are shot/gone. Engine turns over, installed a new starter added gas to the carb and it turns over even with the old plugs and wires. Lower end was redone 2 years age and only used once since then, so no hours on that. Controls and steering work.
It has a trailer with it and tires doing ok.
Bought it as a project and realized I don't have the time.
