I am listing my 1986 Ocean Yachts 55SS due to life changes and relocation. Currently owned by Career Naval Aviator and pilot. Has meticulously and methodically been restoring this beauty since early 2022. Complete bottom job in 2023. Walnut blasted, barrier coat and ablative painted. All running gear inspected. Brand new A22 alloy 2” shafts andcutlass bearings. Props re-conditioned and tuned by Admiral. Brand new dripless shaft seals. Rudders removed, straightened and repacked. The livability and functionality of this vessel makes it an absolute dream to live aboard! Current owner has lived onboard since 2023 with 10 year old daughter. Residential refrigerator, 3-burner stove with oven. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, ice maker microwave all functional! 3 air conditioners (reverse cycle) working flawless. Cold in summer, warm in winter! 3 stateroom, 3 head layout, galley up design with spacious settee and main salon. Owner must sell due to job relocation.
