Running group, beginners or those that havent ran in a while (Palmetto)

Focus point. This group focuses on legs and glutes. As well as focusing on long distance running. I myself I’m training for half a marathon in December in Orlando. It’s been five years since I ran. I’ve been training now for one month and I think I’m in good shape, but a half a marathon is 13 miles and the most I’ve ever done was a five k. So this training means a lot to me. My main focus is to run at least three days out of the week at the end of each run. I also focus on a short Gluth workout consisting of lunges and squats. If anyone care to join me, male or female or even care to participate in this marathon that I have signed up for please reach out. Palmetto and Bradenton area and anyone in the surrounding area.
